I really like the tilta max new keyless and wireless system. Easy mode makes it easy to get them to pair up . Changing motor settings, wireless strength markers and range all is pretty intuitive.
It’s easy once it’s set up. It actually works really well. I found it very consistent. I didn’t have any problems using it and the range to me at a thousand feet is plenty depending on what you’re working on.
A nice feature on the motor itself is the way it works. it has a clamp so basically it unscrews and then you can clamp it around your rail. This makes it nice and easy so you don’t have to remove anything off of what’s on the rail.

I’m really really pleasantly surprised with how few issues I have with this in fact I really don’t have any issues.
The batteries last in the hand unit for hours and hours. A single set of batteries will last in your fizz unit for easily eight hours.
Has all the features that most follow focuses have. Everything from being able to do run stop to being able to set marks. It has internal vibrating soft marks in your follow focus to be able to set and change the range of your focus. So you can set an A mark and A/B mark and make that the full 300 some-degree rotation of your follow focus.
The digital lens display on its got everything. It has a really nice menu system. Really easy to use and navigate. It’s very easy to sync the wireless signal to the motors. it’s very easy to auto calibrate the motors and the quality is just great!

I’ve never had an experience where I’ve lost signal in the middle of a shoot. I’ve never had an issue with signal range.
