I’ve got to say, the Sony 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS II FF E-Mount Lens is one of the most verstaile lenses. With its close focus distance, you can get some absolutely punched in beautiful shots showing the detail.

A good shot to show its beauty is putting the lens at 150mm f/2.8, going over the shoulder of your subject and focus on their hands manipulating an object. I once filmed a Mamiya camera being loaded with this exact technique, and the beauty that came from the capabilities of this lens led to some elucidating shots. Being able to capture what we want you to see, the way we want you to see it.

On to the form factor, this lens is a serious upgrade over the OSS I, lighter, better optical image stabilization, better focus motors, better everything tamed the unwieldily monster of the OSS I. Sony refuses to stagnate, constantly improving upwards. There are no half attempts, this is a true upgrade.
